paarth is a fraudster.all the payments as per their clp were paid in time.it has been 9 years but the builder has failed to complete the project.leave completing it,it has failed to refund my amount despite repeated reminders.i urge all to never get intangeled with projects from this builder.paarth is not a builder but a fraudsted.beware all.
