Schools, markets and hospitals are situated nearby making it a price location. The security aspect of this place is quite good as it comes with high-security cameras and burglary alarms. This complex also comes with lifts, gyms, rainwater harvesting systems, and others. But, there are issues with the cleanliness of the place. Wastage management system here is not effective.

There is no doubt that this locality is a good place to stay. This complex has great amenities. Safety is also very high as there are security cameras installed in every corner along with burglary alarm systems and fire alarm systems. Also, there are facilities like clubhouses, spas, football, squash playgrounds, etc within the community. Transportation is also very good as cabs, buses, and autos are easily available. But, the prices of the flats in the property are quite high, due to which not many people have bought flats here.

Additionally, this compound is beneficial in a variety of ways. This area is home to a large number of reasonably priced apartments. In addition, there are amenities like pools, clubhouses, spas, energy storage, rainwater collection, gyms, and others that may benefit guests greatly. Along with excellent livability, this area has decent transport options. However, this locality's neighbourhood is not very nice. This complex is less safe because there aren't many people residing here.

There is 24*7 security available and on the outside, there are proper streetlights available on the outside of the complex. Transportation facilities are also good. But, the surrounding place requires serious cleaning because of the high waste in there.
