This is a very good Locality. OMR very close near. Metro railway station nearby. Groundwater very good. Super location. Tata consultant company. Infosys, HCL. All nearby 3 kilometer, nearby only. AGS vivira Mall. CBSE school college all nearby 3kilometer only. Sholinganallur signal to 3.5 kilometer. Navalur Siruseri. 2.5 kilometer only. It is already well developed with good schools, colleges, hospitals, super markets,ATMs,stores, hotels and restaurants. It is well connected via public transportation, infrastructure is very strong and road are wide and well connected. The disadvantage of sholinganallur is mainly traffic jams. Then vegetables and grocery price is high when compared to other place.
