I have only lived in Atul Trans Residence for a week but the experience has been very good. Amenities are well thought of as there is 24x7 water and security presence along with a power backup. I love playing basketball too so I’m grateful there is a court here and some other sports places like a cricket field, yoga area, and swimming pool.
I absolutely LOVE the connectivity here! I’ve been trying to find an affordable development close to a major road for months but they all cost 2 Cr+. Thankfully my 2BHK apartment here is superb quality (it’s about 1000 sq. ft. I think) and very close to the Andheri Kurla Road.
Best part for me was the great floor layouts of the apartment. I wanted something simple but elegant and Trans Residency does that perfectly. My 1BHK apartment also has a terrace with a great view that looks out onto the gardens surrounding the development.
I was very impressed with the quality of this development. Andheri East developments are notorious for many reasons but the apartments here are light, well designed and kept very clean. I would definitely recommend it for single young guys who don’t need a 3BHK.
Been here at Atul Trans Residency for a month now and it’s going great. Very happy with the construction style and premium fittings offered with the home. Rooms are very well lit and ventilated, and there are sports areas like a cricket field and tennis court.
