Good residential area in powai
The apartments are nice and spacious and I love the attached balconies that create an open space in the living area. The locality is very good but is very prone to traffic congestion during peak office hours.
The floor plan is dome very creatively to optimize the area through the apartments are not that well painted and could use a better paint job. The area in which the complex is situated has all kinds of shops and medical facilities making it a convenient place.
Powai is a very good location and the K Raheja Vistas housing complex takes advantage of it. The location is close to Jogeshwari Vikroli link road and the eastern express highway 6 KM away making it a highly accessible area. Reputed hospitals are present nearby.
I love the fact that as amenities they have included a sauna and spa facilities. They even have an indoor games room and vanity of sporting options including basketball and snooker.
Security and power supply backup are present always which is good as it is a grave issue in other housing projects. The affordability of the units in K Raheja Vistas is good and is a good buy considering the upscale area.
