During Q1'2026, average property prices for The Anchorage moved from ₹ 31,400/sqft to ₹ 32,250/sqft, reflecting a 2.71% rise.

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) is leasing out 68,166 square feet of retail and commercial space across stations on Metro Lines 2A and 7 to generate non-fare revenue for the financial viability of Mumbai's metro services.
