Andheri West is one of Mumbai’s primary residential areas and is mainly residential as compared to its eastern neighbour. What’s Great / What’s Not Great about Locality

• The area has a well-connected road network along with an extensive connection of railways and very good connectivity to all parts of the city.
• The problem of heavy traffic and water logging in the monsoon months is one of the problems residents face here.
• The locality is a peaceful locality and it has a nearby Azad Nagar Metro Station off J P road. It is well connected to the east-west flyover.

The locality has widespread and extensive connectivity through Link Road, SV Road, the Western Express Highway, Andheri Railway Station, and the BEST Bus Network. It also has east-west metro connectivity through the operational Line 1 connecting Versova, Andheri, and Ghatkopar. Additionally, the under-construction Line 2 (Dahisar - Mandale), would further boost metro connectivity to the areas to its north and east.
