ED attaches ₹44-crore Delhi house of Bhasin Infotech accused of duping homebuyers

The case stems from multiple FIRs filed in 2015 against BIIPL, Grand Venice group entities, and others, alleging cheating, fraud, and criminal conspiracy. The ED alleged that funds collected from the public were diverted through a web of group companies instead of being used for construction.
