ATS Knightsbridge, developed by ATS HEIGHTS PRIVATE LIMITED, was officially launched on October 1, 2016, and was expected to be completed by September 30, 2024. The project is registered under RERA No. UPRERAPRJ3574.
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has initiated the corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) against the ATS Knightsbridge project due to ATS Heights Private Limited's failure to meet payment obligations of ₹285 crore and ₹47 crore to lenders. The NCLT appointed Gaurav Katiyar as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP). The order specifies that construction should continue and homebuyers should not be adversely affected.
The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has stated that construction work at ATS Group's Knightsbridge project in Sector-124, Noida, may continue under the supervision of the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) until further directions. NCLAT has permitted the construction to continue under the supervision of retired judge Justice Sunil Gaur.
