The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has initiated the corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) against the ATS Knightsbridge project due to ATS Heights Private Limited's failure to meet payment obligations of ₹285 crore and ₹47 crore to lenders. The NCLT appointed Gaurav Katiyar as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP). The order specifies that construction should continue and homebuyers should not be adversely affected.
