Noida Approves Rs 500 Crore Smart Twin Route to Ease Expressway Traffic

The Noida Authority has sanctioned a Rs 500 crore project for a new 29 km, four-lane expressway along the Yamuna-Harnandi(Hindon) riverbed. This bypass is designed to alleviate the daily gridlock on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, which currently handles over 10 lakh vehicles daily. The project is expected to benefit approximately 5 lakh residents.

Noida Authority Approves Massive Budget for Infrastructure and Civic Development

The Noida Authority has approved a budget of ₹10,290 crore for the financial year 2026-27. This significant allocation aims to accelerate stalled infrastructure projects, enhance civic facilities, and introduce new development schemes across Noida. The focus will be on completing long-pending projects, improving roads, drainage systems, and traffic management.

Noida is becoming a hub for ultra-luxury residential real estate, attracting global brands and affluent buyers to micro-markets like Sector 94, 98, 124, 128, and 150. Projects such as Trump Towers Noida and M3M The Cullinan are setting new luxury standards. The Greater Noida Authority is implementing policies to revive stalled real estate projects, including the co-developer model, with five projects approved and the Hawelia Group already taking over a 22-acre project.
