The Panvel-Karjat New Suburban Corridor is nearing completion, The Virar-Dahanu Road Quadrupling Project is progressing fast. A total of 7 residential transactions has been registered so far for Vaishnavi Sai Complex, amounting to ₹ 2 Cr till August 2026.

This upgrade is expected to boost carrying capacity and improve commuter experience on the western corridor.
