The apartments are very spacious and come in configurations of 2 and 3 BHK apartments all with over 1000 sq. ft of carpet area and in my opinion, the best at this price point compared to other projects in the area.

Though the amenities are top-notch at this location, the traffic during rush hours can be annoying.

The facilities are of excellent quality, though I find it somewhat far from where I work.

The locality of Bhartiya City in North Bangalore along the Thanisandra Main Road is notorious for water logging issues. The traffic is high as well but the project is well connected to all the important IT hubs in the area with the main roads like the Hannur Main Road and ring road.

I love the fact that Bhartiya City is a pet-friendly housing complex and even houses a designated pet area for the enjoyment of your fur babies. Leisure amenities are a long list and have something for all ages.

The contemporary look of the apartments is greatly impressive, but I wish they had bigger interior spaces.
