I love the surroundings and simple access to the metro and schools. Though I adore this location, low water pressure and noise need swift development.

This is one place where you will find the ISB, University of Hyderabad, Kendriya Vidyalaya, AIG, Himagiri, and Apollo Spectra hospitals, and of course, the Sarath City Capital Mall. My only issue is the noise and air pollution, especially due to the roadwork and construction.

The ORR and the forthcoming Metro Phase 2 extension, ensuring my travel easy. The wide, well-planned roads, best schools, and easily accessible hospitals provide a very good quality of life, and our property value has greatly appreciated. I highly recommend dwelling here. The only single prominent highlight we need to address here is fixing the temporary water logging on some internal roads during high monsoon rains.
