My experience with Adore Happy Homes Exclusive, Sector 86, Faridabad, has been extremely disappointing. I regret investing here. In my opinion, the project lacks the professionalism, transparency, and resident-focused approach expected from a reputed developer. Residents continue to struggle with basic facilities such as water supply, electricity backup, cleanliness, and overall maintenance. Despite regular maintenance charges being collected, the quality of services and responsiveness have been unsatisfactory. Transparency during possession and NOC-related processes was also a concern in my experience, with unexpected demands and inadequate documentation adding unnecessary stress. What is most frustrating is the lack of accountability and the difficulty residents face in getting genuine issues resolved. Instead of receiving timely solutions, complaints often remain pending and communication lacks professionalism and courtesy. Prospective buyers should not rely solely on sales promises or sample flats. I strongly recommend visiting the society multiple times, speaking directly with existing residents, and independently verifying the actual condition of amenities and maintenance before investing. Had I done that, I would have made a different decision. Affordable housing should not mean compromising on basic services, transparency, and respect for residents.
