Upcoming commercial projects look great. My suggestions address two disappointments, including frequent power cuts and the need for better public parks.

I live in this beautiful, central area. My experiences are great because I am near Artemis Hospital and Amity International School. I enjoy hanging out at Hong Kong Bazaar. Rents feel quite worth it for the location. However, I suggest improving the street lighting and clearing the daily garbage piles.

Positives: Two years in Sector 52 have found me to like it very much. For my budget, I find the area extremely inexpensive. My Cyber Park office is close by. The simple metro access and Ardee Mall nearby suit me.
