The adjacent HUDA City Centre Metro Station helps me; excellent road access benefits me. For daily needs, I rely on nearby schools and Artemis Hospital. At Hong Kong Bazaar, I like food outlets and coffee shops. Tenants' rents seem to be excessive for me. With no significant crime-prone areas, I think the region is mostly safe.

Negatives: I struggle with parking shortages, uneven roads, and water supply problems. Better public transportation frequency and constant city services here are really required.
