A friend of mine who is already a resident of this place for almost a year suggested I invest in a property over here, and I must say I am very happy to do so. The place is developing rapidly. It has all the basic amenities available nearby like shopping malls, movie theatres, grocery stores, and medicine stores. The localities are nicely planned and the roads are connected to every part of the city. Good schools and hospitals are also available nearby. Every society in the locality has ample space for car parking. There is plenty of open space in society for children to play. One of the minor problems with the locality is the traffic jam at day time. But it can be ignored.

I am working as a ground staff at Amausi airport so I preferred to stay at Ashiyana as it is only 6 km away from the airport. The place is good with a nice environment. The locality is posh. Transportation is easily available during the day and even at night. OLA and Uber are easily available from the doorstep. Basic amenities are easily available within a radius of 1 km. Shopping malls and PVR are all available nearby. The only problem I face is the traffic jam during office hours. But I can ignore it as I get so many facilities here.
