Lucknow Development Authority Approves New Townships and Residential Schemes

LDA has approved proposals for seven new private townships and four major residential schemes, set to be launched in 2026. These developments, spread over 385 acres, are expected to attract ₹10,000 crore in investment and create thousands of jobs, particularly in Mohanlalganj and Sarojininagar tehsils. Additionally, 1,100 EWS homes will be built in Sharda Nagar .

I love this locality for various reasons. I get all facilities near this locality. The environment is great here. I love to go for a morning walk in the parks near my house. Connectivity wises it's a good locality in Lucknow. I get enough facilities to travel to the various parts of the city. Pasi Kila Bus Stop is the nearest bus stop to my house. I get a good facility from the health care units near the locality.

Connectivity wises its great location in Lucknow. I get good transport options within a short distance for travel several areas in Lucknow. The hospitals, markets, and grocery stores are within walking distance. I get all amenities in this area. The roads are in good condition and well-lit.

I bought a flat in Sharda Nagar. I enjoy this locality with all its facilities. The connectivity of this locality is good enough. Bus stands are within walking distance. The railway stations are not so far from this locality. Also, the airport is situated in an affordable range. Many reputed hospitals and schools are situated within a short distance. I get many shopping malls and markets within walking distance. This locality has many parks for children and old-age family members with a good environment.

My experience was good in this locality. I got well transportation facility near my house. I traveled by bus most of the time. I got markets, grocery stores, and supermarkets for daily needs. I got many options in restaurants near my house. But I got one movie theater nearby. Medical stores were available there enough. Javitri Hospital was the nearest hospital to the locality. But the locality was far from business hubs.

I have been living here for almost three years. Bus facilities are very well in this locality. I get Railway station and the Airport within a few distance. I get several amenities in my locality. Schools and Hospitals are enough near my locality. Bank and ATMs are within my range. I feel calm in this locality. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. But major business hubs are far away from this locality.
