But many areas around the locality in the by-lanes experience waterlogging issues.

City Vista, a nearby market area, is accessible on foot from the World Trade Center. The IT powerhouse of Pune's Eastern Corridor is Kharadi. In terms of homes, businesses, and public spaces, it is the region that is expanding most quickly. All public transit is easily accessible, and the airport and train station are nearby. Though Kharadi is a posh locality with a good social infrastructure it might still be a bit overhyped as the property valuation is rising steeply. Given the easy access to the city, Kharadi is a popular destination for working people and ex-pats. Kharadi is an excellent place, in my opinion. It is a lovely and picturesque area. Nearby are all the necessary amenities including stores, hospitals, schools, and colleges. Wring in the IT Park I find it very convenient to live here and my daily commute and from work is easy which makes me like the locality of Kharadi even more.
