Compared to more expensive neighborhoods, the flat rental market is more sensible. That is an advantage. More dedicated waterfront or big park spaces right in the neighborhood for weekend relaxation is one thing I would like to see enhanced.

    The premium amenities and easy living brought me to this location. Close by, we have excellent facilities like St. Francis High School and Suchak Hospital. Buying at Infinity Mall is really practical. My everyday commute is made simple by the Malad train station, the Western Express Highway, and direct metro access. Connectivity is fantastic. Yes, the rents are on the higher side, but the shear ease completely justifies the expense, and I feel very safe here. My lone two recommendations are that, given the density of the area, it might seem a little congested, and I wish we had more dedicated, peaceful public parks for unwinding outdoors.

My flat's excellent rental demand was guaranteed by the close offices like Mindspace and the great metro access. Essential services were wonderful. Reaching Suchak Hospital or St. Francis School was always easy. It was really a linked foundation.

Having easy access to major shopping centres like Inorbit and Infinity Mall is my favourite thing.

Good schools like St George High and trustworthy hospitals too abound; they include malls such Infinity and Inorbit. Some sections have a wonderful leafy vibe, and I may unwind or get to work without always being completely mired in traffic.
