Negatives: Roads occasionally become bumpy, which slows me.

Positives: This is a fantastic investment since rental revenue is consistent. Being close to Kamla Nehru Park and Sadar Bazar makes me very happy. Every weekend, my family likes to eat at nearby restaurants.
