    Being a major IT centre with behemoths such EON IT Park and the World Trade Centre makes its largest USP. Due to Nagar Road, this area is providing us excellent connectivity and convenient access to locations like Magarpatta and Viman Nagar. With Ramwadi as the closest station, the future Metro Line 3 would revolutionise transportation. First-rate education like Victorious Kidss Educare and high-quality healthcare available at Manipal Hospital. Phoenix Marketcity also covers entertainment. The area seems quite safe and secure, and though rent is rather expensive owing to demand, the convenience makes it worthwhile. Better last-mile public transportation along the narrower residential lanes and more committed local parks are my only recommendations.

    I advise Kharadi 5-star because it is the fastest developing IT superpower. Professionals are well situated here, directly on the Pune- Ahmednagar Highway and near to significant centres like the EON Free Zone and World Trade Centre. The Pune-Mumbai Expressway and the forthcoming Pune Metro Line 1 offer outstanding connectivity. Nearby Phoenix Marketcity, Victorious Kidss Educares' best schools, and Rakshak Hospital among others are all here. The area boasts excellent rental returns and has a good safety record. Though the characteristics here veer toward the premium end, the appreciation in value is amazing. The drainage system has poor performance and frequently causes monsoon waterlogging. Many highways close to the IT parks have to be fixed right away; thus, huge improvements are needed.

    Negatives: The enormous number of cars causes us parking problems frequently, and the inadequate drainage system usually results in waterlogging during the monsoons.     Positives: Selecting Kharadi mostly depended on its great proximity to the EON IT area. Having basics like K K Hospital and Phoenix Market city close by made daily life very easy and effortlessly getting onto Nagar Road. Victorious Kidss Educares gave us excellent schools access. It was a vibrant, changing area with a premium vibe, which implied houses were rapidly costing premium. Here, the general living experience was rather pleasant.

    Negatives: Finding suitable parking was a daily irritation, especially in the more thickly populated residential areas surrounding the commercial hubs. More importantly, the drainage system suffered terribly in strong storms. Regular monsoon waterlogging made it difficult to go for a few days.

    Positives: Owning a house in Kharadi is really great. Superb connectivity located directly on the Pune-Ahmednagar Highway simplifies travel. Future Pune Metro Line 1 will only serve to improve conditions. We have great hospitals such Rakshak Hospital and top schools such Victorious Kidss Educares. A great benefit of Phoenix Market city is its coverage of entertainment and shopping. Particularly being so near to the EON IT cluster, which is my preferred feature, I really like the energetic, youthful neighbourhood vibe here. Kharadi is very safe and contemporary, therefore I really suggest it.

    Negatives: Particularly during office hours, traffic congestion is a major problem. The inadequate drainage system leads to waterlogging during the monsoons.

    Positives: I immediately saw how special it was. The area is notable in the eastern corridor because of its superb access to the airport, Nagar Road, and the Pune–Ahmednagar Highway as well as its excellent connections. It seems well-rounded given schools like Pune International School and hospitals like Columbia Asia Hospital serve families and big IT parks around. The amenities are affordable, hence I feel at ease here. The simplicity of going to work is what I find most appealing.

    Negatives: During peak hours, traffic jams develop around the main highways. Although there is expansion, there is still less open green park space than one would want for in such a highly congested area. I still strongly advise living here for its balanced lifestyle.

    The upcoming Ring Road is expedited to increase the connectivity of the Kharadi area. I find the pace to be perfect for residential living with all conveniences nearby. Schools, Banks, Parks, and many other open spaces give the locality a posh touch. Retail options are many due to its placement against Samrak Ashok Road and Magarpatta Road. But many areas around the locality in the by-lanes experience waterlogging issues.

    Though Kharadi is a posh locality with a good social infrastructure it might still be a bit overhyped as the property valuation is rising steeply. The value of apartments in the locality is higher than in the surrounding neighborhood due to the IT parks nearby. If you are working there it is a great residential area but people who seek a city life might be dissatisfied as the leisure options are few in the locality.

    Positives: Kharadi's contemporary, high-tech feel fits a working professional like me very well. I picked it, as it is the biggest East Pune IT corridor directly on the Pune-Ahmednagar Highway. It is not central, but I am close to big centres, including EON Free Zone and World Trade Centre. Local institutions include The Bishop's School as well as hospitals like Rakshak Hospital. While rent is relatively high, the neighborhood is expanding quickly.

    Negatives: First of all, traffic congestion on the Pune-Ahmednagar Highway during peak hours is a major issue. Second, the drainage system is still bad, which leads to waterlogging on some roads during severe monsoons. Third, a drawback for a quiet life, construction and intense traffic cause air and noise pollution to increase.
