at your reach. The station is about 10 minutes away and public transports are easily
available. There is no water shortage, no power cuts, low pollution, and ample
parking spaces in this locality.

necessary amenities nearby. My apartment is near the fruit market and also close to
the station. Specialist doctors are also available near the neighborhood. However,
what I find difficult is the poor Wifi and cable connectivity which causes disruptions at
times.

I am a permanent resident of Juinagar, Navi Mumbai and I am very happy with the
hygiene and facilities of this locality. The neighborhoods are beautiful and
surrounded by large gardens and green areas. The buzzy markets and bustling
areas keep the locality alive. I am quite surprised by the fact that this locality still
does not have a good hospital and one has to travel to Vashi or CBD or Nerul to find
a hospital.
