I am a former resident of Palm Beach Road, Navi Mumbai and my residential experience of this place is very good. I used to work at Vashi and the commercial hub was only 3 km away from the locality. The neighborhoods were beautiful and there were many well-maintained parks I remember Cidco Play Park, Palm Beach Park and Greenery Jetty Park. Vashi Mangrove and Jewel of Navi Mumbai are good getaway places to spend your weekends.

Palm Beach Road, Navi Mumbai, is a good locality and offers all necessary amenities. Two famous tourist attractions are very close to this locality, Vashi Mangrove and Jewel of Navi Mumbai. There are also many temples found in this locality like Sarsole Temple, Gaondevi Temple, and Shri Budheshwar Shiv Mandir. It is an affluent locality that provides many ready-to-move residential apartments. The only problem is the water logging issue.

A few years ago I rented an apartment on Palm Beach Road, Navi Mumbai and this locality is very convenient. There are many good schools, malls, and hospitals in the vicinity of this locality. Shushrusha Hospital, Dr. RN Patil Suraj Hospital, and Palm Beach Hospital is well-known. Some of the schools here are Poddar International, NMMC School and Jaipuriar. Nivashti Emperium, Inorbit Mall, and Palm Beach Galleria Mall is located nearby.

As a resident of Palm Beach Road, Navi Mumbai, I think that it is an upscale rental hub which is situated near significant commercial hubs like Belapur and Vashi. The Nerul MIDC Industrial Area is about 5 kilometres away from Palm Beach Road. It is an affluent residential locality with good route connectivity and beautiful neighbourhoods. The Sanpada metro station is the nearest to it and about 2 kilometres away.
