I am living here for almost five years. It’s a well-connected and affluent residential locality. Palm Beach Galleria Mall and Inorbit Mall are the nearest shopping malls. This locality is situated 5 km from Nerul MIDC Industrial Area. It’s close to commercial hubs such as Vashi and Belapur. This locality has many hospitals and parks nearby. It’s a very safe and eco-friendly locality. I love this locality very much.

I have been living here as a tenant. This locality is a premium rental hub located close to commercial hubs such as Vashi and Belapur. The brilliant thing about this area is its location. This locality is situated only 5 km from Nerul MIDC Industrial Area. This area has good connectivity with bus and rail. I get many shopping malls like Palm Beach Galleria Mall, Inorbit Mall, and Nivashti Emperium. This locality has enough green parks around it.

I bought a house in this locality in Navi Mumbai. The locality is very close to my office (from 3 km to Vashi), and I am very happy about that. This locality has good connectivity. Sanpada is the nearest railway station only 2 km away from the locality. Jewel of Navi Mumbai and Vashi Mangrove is the nearest tourist attraction. Various parks are situated around the locality like Jetty Park, Palm Beach Park, and Cidco Play Park. Many reputed schools are available nearby.

This area has got all the amenities. The Sanpada railway station is situated 2 kilometers away from this locality. Also, Auto and Cab facilities are commendable. Greenery Jetty Park and Palm Beach Park are the beautiful parks nearby this locality, where I can go for morning walks every day. Shree Budheshwar Shiv Mandir is the most peaceful and beautiful temple nearby this locality. But waterlogging and traffic issues occur after heavy rainfall that’s backward in this locality.

I lived in Palm beach a few months back with my wife. It’s a nice locality in Navi Mumbai. Sanpada is the nearest railway station. There are many hospitals like Palm Beach Hospital, Shushrusha Hospital, Dr. RN Patil Suraj Hospital, etc. Gaondevi Temple, Sarsole Temple, and Shree Budheshwar Shiv Mandir are some of the beautiful temples nearby. But I didn’t like the pothole-ridden roads which increase the risk of accidents there.
