Chengalpet is a very good location and growing city, so many MNC companies are here. Roads are good, transport facilities are good, traffic less area near Chengalpattu court, near Chengalpattu railway station and Medical College near 3.5 km.It is a very nice and beautiful locality. All basic amenities like hospitals, schools, colleges, and markets are available nearby.Chengalpet is the best location for an investment.Chengalpattu is having Good connectivity roads to all locations and well developed area at present market.
