Although this provides comfortable living to all the residents, the price range in which it is available is quite high. There are other facilities found at this price range in the competitive market. The services are not also up to the mark at this price range.

I personally liked the sustainable approach in generating backup power for this building. Solar water heating is one of those facilities. Pergola, water softener plant, reading lounge have been highly appreciated by my family as well.

The main advantage of this building facility is its electronic services that make life easy for the residents. The price is decent compared to the location where it is situated. I like the additional facilities provided by this building.
