Clinics were only a brief drive away. Streets felt safe and neighbours were friendly. The blend of peaceful bungalows with lively evenings appealed me. Green lanes and weekend brunch locations were my most liked. Traffic and construction control around the region needed some improvement.

Koregaon Park offers a very good lifestyle, at least in my opinion. The Osho center is here, and the entire area is very peaceful, with plenty of greenery and wide roads. It’s very peaceful and relaxing here. I can still hear birds singing outside my window in the morning. It’s something of a rarity in modern cities, and something that I really enjoy here. Also, walking around the place is refreshing, especially with the art galleries, boutiques, salons, music venues, wellness hubs, cafes, and restaurants in the locality. It’s a posh area, while the nightlife circuit is also pretty vibrant here. Yes, the cost of living is on the higher side, but it’s a very desirable location indeed.
Koregaon Park is arguably the poshest locality in the city. I love how we live with some of the country’s biggest business tycoons, corporate execs, and celebrities as our neighbours. The moment you enter, there is that classic wealthy vibe, with the wide roads, the greenery, luxury residential projects, massive bungalows, and the rows of supercars parked along the roads. Of course, connectivity and social amenities-wise, there is no other place to compare to Koregaon Park, in my opinion. Yes, one issue that I have is how parking slots are not as available as compared to many other areas. But, that is not a deal-breaker at all.
Positive: Koregaon Park was my choice because of its cosmopolitan feel and central location near the Pune Junction railway station. The area offered a luxurious lifestyle and was surprisingly self-sufficient, Inlaks and Budhrani Hospital and The Lexicon International School were easily accessible. I loved the lush, green lanes and dining out at Malaka Spice. The connectivity via the Bund Garden Bridge was perfect for quick city access.
NegativeNegative: Being close to the clubs, there was constant noise disturbance till late in the night due to high-decibel music. Also, though the housing was beautiful, overall maintenance wasn't top-notch; there were frequent complaints about irregular garbage clearance on some of the interior roads. But overall, I felt very content in this high-end locality.
Positives: I’ve been owner at Koregaon Park and I simply adore the area's incredible vibe. I picked it for its central, but very green and calm position. The proximity to quality health care such as Ruby Hall Clinic is excellent. Though certainly not cheap, the upscale restaurants and entertainment areas are my favorite aspect. The new Metro stations are an added welcome, and generally speaking, my experience here is high-end and fulfilling.
NegativeNegatives: The crazy traffic jam, particularly on Koregaon Park Road during rush hours, it can be a nightmare to drive through. Despite the new metro, the absence of assigned, organized parking at the stations and the abysmal feeder bus connectivity makes traveling tough.

Yes, the property prices are high, traffic volumes are going up, and there is some honking. But when you consider the profile of the locality, you won’t mind it. I certainly don’t!

The only thing is the honking and traffic congestion, which do not fit well with the profile of the locality.

I consider it to be very safe and centrally positioned, with excellent connectivity to the Pune Junction railway station and the airport. I noticed that the locality is popular with high-net-worth individuals and travellers, offering several world-class restaurants, cafes, etc.
NegativeNegatives: I consider the major disadvantage to be the gruelling traffic jam, particularly at rush hours. I noted that the area is subject to noise disturbance as a result of its renowned nightlife. I have to state that some inner roads are still plagued by sporadic power outages and in some cases, experience problems of irregular garbage cleaning.

It feels more natural to stay in such a cosmopolitan zone, after I moved back from the States about 1-2 years back. The luxurious projects in this area are hugely costly, and the local markets also charge more. But that’s a small price to pay for the exclusivity, the beautiful tree-lined roads, the fantastic restaurants, and amenities at your fingertips. Also, the greenery here is wonderful as well. Of late, the traffic volumes have gone up, but I think it’s still a manageable scenario in terms of peace and tranquility.

I have easy access to the Pune Junction railway station and the airport, and the widening of North Main Road will bring improved traffic flow towards major IT destinations like Magarpatta. The location is very sought after because of its highly rated schools, hospitals, and plenty of high-end offices and businesses, meaning properties hold excellent value for investment. The high-decibel nightlife does make noise a problem outside of clubs, and we certainly require better, more frequent rubbish clearance in certain inner alleys.

I have been staying here from my birth, and except the addition of more modern amenities, it has basically remained the same. All the who’s who of the city stay here; you will find several luxury apartments and massive mansions dotting the place. The trees, broad roads, charming vibe, cute cafes, fine dining restaurants, nightlife joints, excellent shopping outlets, and landmarks like the Osho Centre make Koregaon Park really popular among diplomats, foreign execs, and the rich and famous. Yes, congestion needs to go down in peak hours, but that’s about it!

Koregaon Park is clearly the best place to live in Pune. I have always felt this since childhood. My family has been here for several years now, and the area has remained the same- clean, posh, and prestigious. Walking around the neighbourhood is a pleasure, especially at sunset, when all the cafes, restaurants, boutique retail stores, and other establishments come alive. The greenery and wide roads are a major plus point, and the waste management is top-class. The Osho centre is also present here, while connectivity to almost all parts of the city is a breeze by car. Yes, it’s pretty costly, especially at the local markets, and also with the high property prices. The rest is all fine.

NegativeNegatives: Though I strongly advise this way of living, there are some aspects that must be fine-tuned for absolute peace of mind. The incessant, deafening noise from the music in some of the pubs really disrupts the residential serenity after 10 PM. Furthermore, the absence of adequate assigned parking compels vehicles onto our lovely green footpaths.
Positives: While I was residing in Koregaon Park, I liked its greenery and peaceful residential roads. Pune Junction, Mumbai Highway, and Pune International Airport were close by. St. Joseph High School and Sadhu Vaswani Institute were nearby, and hospitals like Ruby Hall Clinic and Cloudnine provided health services at ease. Cafes, restaurants alls are availavle. Walking trails and parks were the best for morning schedules, and shopping at Koregaon Park Plaza and Nitesh Hub was convenient.

In spite of these, Koregaon Park was premium and secure, although noise control, transport, parking, and infrastructure could improve
