The neighborhood featured numerous eateries, bars, stores, and the Osho International Meditation Resort nearby. Arterial roads connecting to Kalyani Nagar, Bund Garden, and Pune railway station made travelling easy. Offices and coworking facilities were accessible, as were hospitals and other amenities. Clinics were only a brief drive away. Streets felt safe and neighbours were friendly. The blend of peaceful bungalows with lively evenings appealed me. Green lanes and weekend brunch locations were my most liked. Traffic and construction control around the region needed some improvement.

Living in Koregaon Park in Pune, every day I believe I made the right choice. The tree-lined paths, green areas, and vintage bungalows provide a tranquil setting for the lively cafes and restaurants close by. Just a few minutes from the main rail terminal and the airport. Local knowledge shows a strong rental market and social infrastructure with adequate schools, medical facilities, and many of lifestyle areas. I like most how I may go out for brunch on South Main Road and then unwind in quiet roads in the evening. The traffic and parking close to the nightlife areas which can be difficult late at night is what I would like to be better.

Also, walking around the place is refreshing, especially with the art galleries, boutiques, salons, music venues, wellness hubs, cafes, and restaurants in the locality. It’s a posh area, while the nightlife circuit is also pretty vibrant here. Yes, the cost of living is on the higher side, but it’s a very desirable location indeed.

Koregaon Park is arguably the poshest locality in the city. I love how we live with some of the country’s biggest business tycoons, corporate execs, and celebrities as our neighbours. The moment you enter, there is that classic wealthy vibe, with the wide roads, the greenery, luxury residential projects, massive bungalows, and the rows of supercars parked along the roads. Of course, connectivity and social amenities-wise, there is no other place to compare to Koregaon Park, in my opinion. Yes, one issue that I have is how parking slots are not as available as compared to many other areas. But, that is not a deal-breaker at all.

Positive: Koregaon Park was my choice because of its cosmopolitan feel and central location near the Pune Junction railway station. The area offered a luxurious lifestyle and was surprisingly self-sufficient, Inlaks and Budhrani Hospital and The Lexicon International School were easily accessible. I loved the lush, green lanes and dining out at Malaka Spice. The connectivity via the Bund Garden Bridge was perfect for quick city access.

Negative: Being close to the clubs, there was constant noise disturbance till late in the night due to high-decibel music. Also, though the housing was beautiful, overall maintenance wasn't top-notch; there were frequent complaints about irregular garbage clearance on some of the interior roads. But overall, I felt very content in this high-end locality.

Positives: I’ve been owner at Koregaon Park and I simply adore the area's incredible vibe. I picked it for its central, but very green and calm position. The proximity to quality health care such as Ruby Hall Clinic is excellent. Though certainly not cheap, the upscale restaurants and entertainment areas are my favorite aspect. The new Metro stations are an added welcome, and generally speaking, my experience here is high-end and fulfilling.

Negatives: The crazy traffic jam, particularly on Koregaon Park Road during rush hours, it can be a nightmare to drive through. Despite the new metro, the absence of assigned, organized parking at the stations and the abysmal feeder bus connectivity makes traveling tough.

Positives: Koregaon Park stands out due to its remarkable, green and luscious outlook along with old-school vibe. The proximity to the Pune Junction Railway Station and the Airport provides me with a tremendous travel benefit. I feel extremely safe at this location. My favorite thing is the having high density of great restaurants and cafes. Everything is easily accessible.

Negatives: The heavy traffic jam during peak hours, particularly on North Main Road. I am quite disturbed by the loud, high-decibel music late at night from the clubs and bars in the vicinity of my building. Something else that requires improvement with all due haste is the occasional power outages and the dilapidated potholes on certain internal roads.

Koregaon Park is possibly the finest place to stay in Pune. This is my personal opinion, of course. I have lived here from my birth, and I like the exclusive feeling of staying here. The wide roads and trees are a big plus point, along with the tranquil Osho ashram. I also like the cafes and restaurants, which are at par with any other leading global city. Yes, the property prices are high, traffic volumes are going up, and there is some honking. But when you consider the profile of the locality, you won’t mind it. I certainly don’t!

What more can I say about Koregaon Park that hasn’t been said? It’s arguably one of the best places to live in Pune. Koregaon Park is where I love that classic cosmopolitan vibe, what with the groovy lounges, the cute cafes, delicious global food, and the serenity of the Osho center. The tree-lined streets, charming mansions, and luxury residences will clearly define what the area is, and who lives here. I also like how centrally it is located, along with the cleanliness. The only thing is the honking and traffic congestion, which do not fit well with the profile of the locality.

Positives: I have to say that it's an experience of a sort living in Koregaon Park and hence the most exclusive locality in Pune, marked by its gorgeous, green landscapes and vintage British-style bungalows. I consider it to be very safe and centrally positioned, with excellent connectivity to the Pune Junction railway station and the airport. I noticed that the locality is popular with high-net-worth individuals and travellers, offering several world-class restaurants, cafes, etc.

Negatives: I consider the major disadvantage to be the gruelling traffic jam, particularly at rush hours. I noted that the area is subject to noise disturbance as a result of its renowned nightlife. I have to state that some inner roads are still plagued by sporadic power outages and in some cases, experience problems of irregular garbage cleaning.

Koregaon Park is the lifeblood of Pune’s nightlife and café culture. That’s the vibe that I most enjoy about the place. It feels more natural to stay in such a cosmopolitan zone, after I moved back from the States about 1-2 years back. The luxurious projects in this area are hugely costly, and the local markets also charge more. But that’s a small price to pay for the exclusivity, the beautiful tree-lined roads, the fantastic restaurants, and amenities at your fingertips. Also, the greenery here is wonderful as well. Of late, the traffic volumes have gone up, but I think it’s still a manageable scenario in terms of peace and tranquility.

Being both a resident and agent, Koregaon Park is the ultimate lifestyle hub of Pune; it's one of a kind, with lush greenery and old-world charm complemented by a vibrant commercial side. I have easy access to the Pune Junction railway station and the airport, and the widening of North Main Road will bring improved traffic flow towards major IT destinations like Magarpatta. The location is very sought after because of its highly rated schools, hospitals, and plenty of high-end offices and businesses, meaning properties hold excellent value for investment. The high-decibel nightlife does make noise a problem outside of clubs, and we certainly require better, more frequent rubbish clearance in certain inner alleys.

Who doesn’t want to live in Koregaon Park? It’s probably the most desirable and posh locality in Pune, right? I have been staying here from my birth, and except the addition of more modern amenities, it has basically remained the same. All the who’s who of the city stay here; you will find several luxury apartments and massive mansions dotting the place. The trees, broad roads, charming vibe, cute cafes, fine dining restaurants, nightlife joints, excellent shopping outlets, and landmarks like the Osho Centre make Koregaon Park really popular among diplomats, foreign execs, and the rich and famous. Yes, congestion needs to go down in peak hours, but that’s about it!

As a longtime homeowner in this area, I can safely attest Koregaon Park is the epitome of Pune lifestyle living. It's every rupee worth! Our location is rightly central, bordered by broad green avenues that are just great for morning strolls, and properties retain value very well. We enjoy world class connectivity to major IT parks such as Magarpatta and the airport is just a short ride away. And to top it all off, the beeps of expensive boutiques, eateries, and the renowned Osho Ashram provide an unparalleled ambiance andusiness opportunity. The only area that requires improvement is the random air pollution that sometimes puts a dampener on the experience of this otherwise ideal neighbourhood.

Koregaon Park is clearly the best place to live in Pune. I have always felt this since childhood. My family has been here for several years now, and the area has remained the same- clean, posh, and prestigious. Walking around the neighbourhood is a pleasure, especially at sunset, when all the cafes, restaurants, boutique retail stores, and other establishments come alive. The greenery and wide roads are a major plus point, and the waste management is top-class. The Osho centre is also present here, while connectivity to almost all parts of the city is a breeze by car. Yes, it’s pretty costly, especially at the local markets, and also with the high property prices. The rest is all fine.

Positives: I moved to Koregaon Park a few years ago for work, and since then, I’ve grown to love its charm and comfort. The tree lined lanes, peaceful atmosphere, and upscale cafes make it one of Pune’s most elegant localities. It’s very well connected to Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar, and the airport, which is just 15 minutes away. The area has excellent restaurants, shopping spots, and fitness centres. It's also near major IT centers and cosmopolitan in atmosphere.

Negatives: But traffic gets congested by North Main Road, some of the inner lanes require more upkeep, and parking lots are scarce. Yet this place's greens and lifestyle ensure each day is special here.

Positives: I purchased a property and residing in Koregaon Park is like an ideal retreat amidst the city. The elegant tree lined boulevards and such areas as Osho Teerth Park render the locality a special, serene beauty. Must rated dining establishments such as Malaka Spice to convenient access to Pune Airport. I appreciate that the locality is always full of activity.

Negatives: Though I strongly advise this way of living, there are some aspects that must be fine-tuned for absolute peace of mind. The incessant, deafening noise from the music in some of the pubs really disrupts the residential serenity after 10 PM. Furthermore, the absence of adequate assigned parking compels vehicles onto our lovely green footpaths.

Positives: While I was residing in Koregaon Park, I liked its greenery and peaceful residential roads. Pune Junction, Mumbai Highway, and Pune International Airport were close by. St. Joseph High School and Sadhu Vaswani Institute were nearby, and hospitals like Ruby Hall Clinic and Cloudnine provided health services at ease. Cafes, restaurants alls are availavle. Walking trails and parks were the best for morning schedules, and shopping at Koregaon Park Plaza and Nitesh Hub was convenient.

Negatives: Traffic jams, high property values, noise around clubs, fewer public transport vehicles, periodic waterlogging, and less street illumination were disadvantages. In spite of these, Koregaon Park was premium and secure, although noise control, transport, parking, and infrastructure could improve

Being resident in Koregaon Park, Pune is a blend of tranquility and vibrancy. I love the green lanes, spacious roads, and vintage bungalows. It has great connectivity to Pune Airport, Pune Junction, and highways. Fine dining restaurants, cafes, bars, and the iconic Osho Ashram keep the location vibrant. Places such as St Joseph High and Sadhu Vaswani Institute make it easily accessible for families. Healthcare is of the highest order with Cloudnine and Ruby Hall within reach. Areas of improvement are traffic regulation during rush hour and noise around the clubs at night. Over all, Koregaon Park is a location that I strongly recommend for a trendy yet comfortable lifestyle.

Positives: I adore the lush green avenues and aged trees, it's peaceful feeling. The combination of cafes, restaurants, boutiques and high-end hotels means excellent lifestyle choices for my clients, locals and expats. Connectivity is extremely goo,d like big roads, public transport, proximity to airport and business districts. Properties here appreciate well, resale and rental demand are always high.

Negatives: Noise pollution is realsuch as restaurants, pubs particularly in South Main Road keep the night alive. Most restaurants lack sufficient parking space, hence streets and no parking areas frequently clogged. Garbage collection is not regular in some areas lanes 5, 6 & 7 are plagued by dump spots and delayed cleanups.

Positives: I am very happy to living here. I stroll through Osho Teerth Park nearly every day. The locality has excellent cafés, restaurants, boutique stores and art galleries. Schools, hospitals and facilities are nearby, and connectivity to airport, railway station and surrounding areas like Kalyani Nagar is reasonably good. The lifestyle is upscale here, and properties appreciate well.

Negatives: Some things are better that they could be. Pubs' noises in Lanes 6-7 and South Main Road. Parking is usually a challenge getting a free space close to favourite restaurants or in busy streets is difficult. Garbage collection is not regular in some lanes. Additionally, some inner residential lanes' lighting is poor and walking in the evenings is less secure.

Positives: It has been a pleasure living in this lovely place. The atmosphere here is amazing, perfectly a blend of old Pune life and new luxury. The area is highly rated due to its greenery and smooth road connectivity to Pune Jn railway station and the Mumbai highway. I especially enjoy the high livability rating, good healthcare at locations such as Ruby Hall Clinic. And also, the varied nightlife with quirky clubs and cafes is all available here.

Negatives: I believe certain things can be done better by the local administration. For example, the loud music from clubs during late night often disturbs residents. Additionally, certain internal roads have potholes that need to be repaired forthwith, and there is a visible absence of street lights on some roads.

Positives: I once used to stay in Koregaon Park, and I fondly remember its green-strewn roads and easy-going atmosphere. There were several cafes, boutiques and upscale eateries along the roads. Accommodation ranged from bungalows to high-rise apartments. I felt proud to live there. However, I wanted more public parks and improved waste disposal for prospective residents. Incremental steps in those areas would further enhance living there.

Positives: Staying in my own apartment in Koregaon Park is like being in the center of Pune's most sophisticated and lively part. I enjoy the greenery, tree-lined streets, and serene mornings here. All that I require is within reach, with excellent restaurants, cafes, schools, and gyms. It's also near Kalyani Nagar and Viman Nagar, making travel to work or the airport convenient. The area boasts a cosmopolitan flavour with an intermix of luxury houses and contemporary apartments. Nights spent at German Bakery or a stroll around Osho Garden make life here special. If traffic and weekend street parking are reduced, Koregaon Park would be perfectly suited to live in.

I wish local authorities tackle traffic better, impose noise pollution control, and provide more parking areas. For all these, Koregaon Park gives me an expensive, lively, and highly convenient residential feel.

Positives: Truthfully, living here is like being on a holiday forever; it's just too upscale and vibrant! I simply love the tremendous connectivity, with Pune Junction railway station being only a stone's throw away, and the social life here is just unparalleled due to the state-of-the-art bars, upscale restaurants, and trendy cafes. My evening strolls through the lush green avenues are so serene, and I don't feel threatened in any way even late into the night.

Negatives: But there are a few negatives that become irksome. The earshattering music of clubs and pubs occasionally becomes a cause for severe noise pollution late in the night, disturbing my sleep. Some residential alleys also lack regular garbage clearance, and a couple of inner roads don't have adequate street lights.

Positives: I was always content there due to the serene, green environment of the locality. The standout feature was the very good social infrastructure with high-end hospitals such as Budhrani in the vicinity and excellent schools for kids. It boasted great connectivity to large IT parks such as Magarpatta and convenient public transport through the Bund Garden Metro. And the sheer variety of upscale, unique restaurants and cafes meant that there was always a suitable place to unwind.

Negatives: There were instances when there were power cuts, and in a few of the narrow streets, the garbage collection was not very regular. I also found a significant absence of street lighting in the less-populated residential areas. I also think, dwelling on the main roads meant that the pollution was at times a serious problem.

Positives: I wake up to the green canopies here and feel fortunate to own a home here. I adore the area's cafes, restaurants and boutique shops around the Osho Ashram and Aga Khan Palace. It truly is Pune's lifestyle centre. The region is served by good premium housing and new office spaces, so daily provisions, good schools, and hospitals are all within reach.

Negatives: However, living here has some downsides. Prices for property and rentals are quite high in comparison to much of Pune. Another aspect is that certain lanes become congested with nightlife and tourists. It breaks the peace sometimes. Additionally, clumps of congestion and maintenance near popular streets require improvement in civic maintenance. Nevertheless, the green-lined streets and convenience of access to Pune's top cafés make me content to remain.

Koregaon Park is one of the poshest areas in Pune. I am proud to stay here, and I have also grown up here. You will find several cafes, restaurants, pubs, and whatnot! The nightlife is something we have gradually seen developing, and it has now become a global destination, according to me! Yes, road conditions and riverfront development noise are sometimes not to our liking, but you can’t ignore how it has been the best place to stay in Pune for decades now! Bund Garden metro nearby, all major roads, hospitals- what else do you want?

Koregaon Park is definitely one of Pune’s best areas. Who would not love it? It has everything you could possibly want. I enjoyed staying here, and the lovely atmosphere was a big attraction for me. The metro station was quickly accessible in a few minutes, and also the road connectivity is pretty nice. And of course, there are all the cafes and international restaurants that I used to frequent here. Very green and peaceful area, and it is also home to the who’s who of business in the city. Perhaps the only negative point is the ongoing construction work and noise that causes a little pollution.

The area is a foodie heaven with numerous restaurants, cafes, and pubs. Negatives: But living here wasn't easy. Traffic is a big problem, particularly during rush hours, causing delays and frustration. Parking is scarce, and it's quite challenging to find a parking space, especially near popular destinations. Moreover, the cost of living is comparatively high, with property prices and rentals being pricey.

Positives: I like the green streets and café scene of the locality as a female renter. The locale is high-end with the Osho Teerth Park around the corner, boutique shops, diverse restaurants, and easy proximity to the airport and Pune city centre. Well-equipped hospitals, high-end schools and frequent bus connectivity make life convenient, and evening strolls beneath banyan trees soothe me after office hours. A tiny weekend market for farmers introduces new produce and challenges. Negatives: I do find weekend nights' nightlife noise and packed restaurants disrupt rest, and traffic and parking are a nuisance around main roads, etc. The occasional construction generates dust and night-shift work, and rentals here are more expensive than in most of Pune's suburbs. Nevertheless, I enjoy the neighbourhood atmosphere and feel okay to stay for a bit longer.

Positives: Koregaon Park is a lifestyle that not many places can provide, peaceful ambiance despite being high end. Very good schools, best hospitals nearby, nice restaurants, cafes, boutique stores and nightlife make it happening. Airport is just a few minutes away, the city's major roads and bridges connect me with Kalyani Nagar, Magarpatta and city center easily. Houses here are high-end and retain their value well with good investment for those who wish to live high end. Negatives: Noise & traffic jam particularly along nightlife lanes, Main Roads, restaurants and pubs. Noisy late nights, hard to park. Irregular garbage collection in some lanes, hawkers encroaching footpaths, potholes on some roads, poor lighting in some internal roads.

Positives: I simply adore waking up in this area. The atmosphere here is something different altogether. It's a dream owning a property in KP because it's the ultimate lifestyle destination of Pune. We've got world-class restaurants, cafes, and boutique stores just outside our gate. Also, connectivity is great with its prime location, near the Bund Garden Metro, and the major roads such as Prince of Wales Drive, making it easy to reach work. It's just premium living for my family. Negatives: The biggest drawback is unfortunately infrastructure- and environmental-related. Air pollution is a sure bet. Local maintenance occasionally also falters. We still have sporadic garbage collection and occasional poor street lighting on select inner lanes. But truthfully, the special character of KP always trumps any minor hiccup.

Positives: I love the location for its proximity to the Mula-Mutha River. You’ll find everything at your fingertips when you live in this posh and prime location of Pune. The Bund Garden metro station is only 6-7 minutes away by road as well, so that’s like a huge advantage. Also, some of the pubs, cafes, and restaurants in the area are world-class in terms of hospitality, ambience, and culinary/beverage choices. The Osho Centre is also here and gets a lot of foreign visitors regularly. Overall, a green, clean, and exclusive location that I am lucky to live in, considering the high property rates. Negatives: The riverfront development project may be a boon for the area, but at present, it is causing some pollution and noise.

Positives: I loved being in a highly central, high-end location. Koregaon Park featured beautiful green spaces that made walking enjoyable. plenty of restaurants, cafes, art-spots such as German Bakery, wellness centers, and even Osho International Meditation Resort in proximity. North Main Road, South Main Road, Bund Garden, bridges etc linked me comfortably to airport, business hubs, and other areas of Pune. Negatives Noise was a major issue, most restaurants, bars, and pubs had loud music till late night, particularly in and around Lane No. 7, etc. The narrow lanes and illegal parking rendered most roads congested and risky. Hawkermen encroachments on footpaths were common, making it difficult to walk.

Positives: During my first weekend here, I enjoyed taking a walk down tree-lined streets and discovering peaceful cafes. Koregaon Park is a green, posh neighborhood with trendy restaurants, art galleries and Osho International Meditation Resort just around the corner, and Aga Khan Palace within driving distance. It is near Pune airport (around 6 km) and nicely connected to the city, hence commuting is convenient. I have good grocery stores, hospitals and parks accessible near my rented apartment. Negatives: Roads become congested and parking is scarce. Nightlife and cafes contribute to noisy evenings at times; traffic diversions and dust due to the existing bridge and road work. High real estate and rent rates here in comparison to several Pune locales.

Naturally, property value here is very high so many families cannot afford to own a home here.

Positives: I just love residing in Koregaon Park as an owner, it really does feel like having one of Pune's most exclusive addresses. The locality is surrounded by flora and tree-lined roads, making coming home a serene and refreshing experience. The atmosphere here is so vibrant yet urbane, with fabulous cafes, fine dining restaurants, boutique shops, and pubs that suit every mood. It's ideal for entrepreneurs and professionals who like a cosmopolitan lifestyle. The place is also extremely convenient with direct access to the bulk of Pune. Negatives: If I must mention one little drawback, it's that real estate prices are relatively high, so residing here doesn't come cheap. Even then, the exclusivity, busy social life, beautiful environment, and top-notch infrastructure make it all well worth it.

Positives: Koregaon Park is a wonderful place to reside, I can assure you. It is unlike the rest of Pune eith more of a calm, green oasis smack in the middle of everything. I absolutely adore the fact that all the best restaurants, cafes, and hangouts are within walking distance. And, reaching my office in the IT park isn't too difficult either, and the overall ambiance here is just extremely friendly and vibrant. Negatives: Honestly, it's not all good. The biggest disadvantage for me is the noise. Then there's the constant riverfront work that contributes to the noise and even introduces some security concerns. And the high rent can be a pinch.

Positives: I stayed in Koregaon Park for three years and I still miss the green alleys and the midnight cafes. I enjoyed walking to Osho Ashram and the numerous restaurants and pubs that brought life to the weekends. I got good schools, hospitals and easy connectivity to Pune Airport (around 6 km), and the Bund Garden metro station made the city accessible. Negatives: I did have a few genuine complaints, though. I found late-night music and club noise irritating when I did not want it to be quiet, and some roads get congested during rush hours. Rents and resale values are expensive, most new flats are smaller for the money, and on the rare occasion, drainage issues appear on heavy rain days. I like to rate Koregaon Park three stars.

Property rates here remain high, and upcoming projects ensured the place was well-paved. Negatives: The only con I can think of is parking near the busier lanes, which gets a bit tight. Other than that, residing here is like a total package.

Positives This part of town has a certain energy you won't get anywhere else in Pune. I envision green streets, broad roads, and a combination of luxury bungalows and luxury apartments. I mention popular cafes, eateries, and boutique stores that make it fun for weekends. I also see schools, hospitals, and shopping districts are just a short drive away. Demonstrate to individuals that the location has quiet enclaves in spite of being near the bustle of the city. I think it is highly accessible via arterial roads and in convenient proximity to the airport. The social scene and nightlife are appealing for young professionals as well. Negatives I always remind purchasers that property prices here are very high, so it's a high-end investment.

Positives: As I stroll along North Main Road, I feel privileged to reside in Koregaon Park with its clubs, cafes and the serene Osho Ashram nearby. I get top restaurants, boutique stores, good schools and hospitals close to home, and I like green oases like Osho Teerth Park for morning strolls. Negatives: I see that rent and property are increasing, so I pay more now. I also experience late-night noise around some pubs, and I would like street cleaning and lighting to be more frequent.

We've got all the amenities close by world-class restaurants and cafes to upscale boutiques, and a happening nightlife on weekends. Connectivity is great too, with the airport and railway station both just a few minutes' drive away. Negatives: The location is somewhat on the expensive side when it comes to rent and purchasing real estate, so be prepared for that.

The area is very upscale with all social amenities easily accessible in the locality. A prestigious and central part of Pune is Koregaon Park. In Pune, it has the greatest market value. But living here has its challenges considering the congested road in the locality due to it being one of the tourist destinations of Pune, mostly due to the presence of the OSHO ashram in the locality.
