The moment you enter, there is that classic wealthy vibe, with the wide roads, the greenery, luxury residential projects, massive bungalows, and the rows of supercars parked along the roads. Of course, connectivity and social amenities-wise, there is no other place to compare to Koregaon Park, in my opinion. Yes, one issue that I have is how parking slots are not as available as compared to many other areas. But, that is not a deal-breaker at all.
Positive: Koregaon Park was my choice because of its cosmopolitan feel and central location near the Pune Junction railway station. The area offered a luxurious lifestyle and was surprisingly self-sufficient, Inlaks and Budhrani Hospital and The Lexicon International School were easily accessible. I loved the lush, green lanes and dining out at Malaka Spice. The connectivity via the Bund Garden Bridge was perfect for quick city access.

Irregular garbage collection in some lanes, hawkers encroaching footpaths, potholes on some roads, poor lighting in some internal roads.
Positives: I simply adore waking up in this area. The atmosphere here is something different altogether. It's a dream owning a property in KP because it's the ultimate lifestyle destination of Pune. We've got world-class restaurants, cafes, and boutique stores just outside our gate. Also, connectivity is great with its prime location, near the Bund Garden Metro, and the major roads such as Prince of Wales Drive, making it easy to reach work. It's just premium living for my family. Negatives: The biggest drawback is unfortunately infrastructure- and environmental-related. Air pollution is a sure bet. Local maintenance occasionally also falters. We still have sporadic garbage collection and occasional poor street lighting on select inner lanes. But truthfully, the special character of KP always trumps any minor hiccup.
Positives: I love the location for its proximity to the Mula-Mutha River. You’ll find everything at your fingertips when you live in this posh and prime location of Pune. The Bund Garden metro station is only 6-7 minutes away by road as well, so that’s like a huge advantage. Also, some of the pubs, cafes, and restaurants in the area are world-class in terms of hospitality, ambience, and culinary/beverage choices. The Osho Centre is also here and gets a lot of foreign visitors regularly. Overall, a green, clean, and exclusive location that I am lucky to live in, considering the high property rates. Negatives: The riverfront development project may be a boon for the area, but at present, it is causing some pollution and noise.

North Main Road, South Main Road, Bund Garden, bridges etc linked me comfortably to airport, business hubs, and other areas of Pune. Negatives Noise was a major issue, most restaurants, bars, and pubs had loud music till late night, particularly in and around Lane No. 7, etc. The narrow lanes and illegal parking rendered most roads congested and risky. Hawkermen encroachments on footpaths were common, making it difficult to walk.

The biggest disadvantage for me is the noise. Then there's the constant riverfront work that contributes to the noise and even introduces some security concerns. And the high rent can be a pinch.
Positives: I stayed in Koregaon Park for three years and I still miss the green alleys and the midnight cafes. I enjoyed walking to Osho Ashram and the numerous restaurants and pubs that brought life to the weekends. I got good schools, hospitals and easy connectivity to Pune Airport (around 6 km), and the Bund Garden metro station made the city accessible. Negatives: I did have a few genuine complaints, though. I found late-night music and club noise irritating when I did not want it to be quiet, and some roads get congested during rush hours. Rents and resale values are expensive, most new flats are smaller for the money, and on the rare occasion, drainage issues appear on heavy rain days. I like to rate Koregaon Park three stars.

Property rates here remain high, and upcoming projects ensured the place was well-paved. Negatives: The only con I can think of is parking near the busier lanes, which gets a bit tight. Other than that, residing here is like a total package.

I mention popular cafes, eateries, and boutique stores that make it fun for weekends. I also see schools, hospitals, and shopping districts are just a short drive away. Demonstrate to individuals that the location has quiet enclaves in spite of being near the bustle of the city. I think it is highly accessible via arterial roads and in convenient proximity to the airport. The social scene and nightlife are appealing for young professionals as well. Negatives I always remind purchasers that property prices here are very high, so it's a high-end investment.
Positives: As I stroll along North Main Road, I feel privileged to reside in Koregaon Park with its clubs, cafes and the serene Osho Ashram nearby. Negatives: I see that rent and property are increasing, so I pay more now. I also experience late-night noise around some pubs, and I would like street cleaning and lighting to be more frequent.
