I choose this project on the grounds that in Baner the privacy of a single-tower building is very uncommon. I believe my top favourite aspects are the hardwood floor and king-size windows. This place appeals to me since it sits right between Central Pune and Hinjewadi. I see the main benefits to be quick Mumbai-Pune Expressway access and dependable PMPML bus routes nearby. Apartments' three-sided open design is USP. Nearby hospitals include Jupiter and Benecare; nearby schools include The Orchid School and D-Mart shopping. My discontent is the accumulation of rubbish on certain minor streets. Better drainage should be set up right now, I think.
