I choose this project on the grounds that in Baner the privacy of a single-tower building is very uncommon. I believe my top favourite aspects are the hardwood floor and king-size windows. This place appeals to me since it sits right between Central Pune and Hinjewadi. I see the main benefits to be quick Mumbai-Pune Expressway access and dependable PMPML bus routes nearby. Apartments' three-sided open design is USP. Nearby hospitals include Jupiter and Benecare; nearby schools include The Orchid School and D-Mart shopping. My discontent is the accumulation of rubbish on certain minor streets. Better drainage should be set up right now, I think.

Within a two-kilometre radius are fundamental services provided with schools like VIBGYOR and hospitals like Lifeline. Keeping this property for the long term will let me benefit from the price appreciation brought on by the urban development under my investment strategy. For youngsters and women, this area's safety is rather high. Finally, the dusty environment brought on by nearby construction projects worries me the most. I am not residing here presently.
