Positives: Because Park Street is at the hub of all the action and the living experience is so simple because everything is at your front door, I suggest it to everyone. Even late at night, the roads are always crowded and well-policed, which makes me feel quite safe here. St. Xavier's College, my university, is a brief walk or quick Metro trip away. The present Park Street Metro network is quite useful and excellent. My most favourite pleasant location is merely passing by the beautifully illuminated historic monuments, most especially at Christmas time. With expensive rents, this region is certainly not cheap, but nighttime transportation like taxis or cabs is always accessible.

Negatives: Since waterlogging throughout intense monsoon rains is a serious hassle, the antiquated drainage system is what most needs attention.

The deep Park Street Metro Station underground speeds and smooths transport. Particularly under the holiday lights, the area is gorgeous and really safe. Avoiding rainwater accumulation on the main road during severe monsoon storms is the main area needing continuous municipal attention. Owning and living here is a great and distinctive location.
