Positives Positives: Premium DLF atmosphere and excellent connectivity appeal to me. For me, great benefits are the close proximity to the highway and the Rapid Metro.
Things to Consider Negatives: Parking is severely scarce for me. The drainage system often spills. Water supply fluctuates greatly. Commercial sounds are excessive. Living here seems far too jammed.

Positives Positives: Nearby is the DLF Phase 3 office hub. This site's outstanding position close to the Delhi-Gurgaon line is, in my opinion, its greatest asset. Daily use of the Rapid Metro reveals quite a seamless connection to Sikanderpur station. Usually I go to DLF Promenade, which is only a quick drive away, or the local Phase 3 market. Though more greenery is required, I value the tiny parks found within the residential blocks.
Things to Consider Negatives: Lack of suitable street illumination in certain back alleys is my major challenge. I believe the sewage system and late-night security should be addressed right now. Furthermore, the costly daily groceries and heavy traffic here bother me.

Close and very useful were the Narayana Hospital and other medical services. I always found it simple to get about using local cabs and fast metro, in my view.
