I am sure once you drive on the Expressway and reach this project site, you will fall in love just the way I did! Both me and my wife were awed by the plan they are presenting us and also the multiple amenities provided here. Also, location-wise, schools, hospitals, offices- everything is accessible.

I was looking for a good space on Expressway or near it for my parents who are now senior citizens. Also hospital options had to be there nearby. This one has access to Kalash, Divya Multispecialty and Shiv Medicity and also the connectivity is overall good.

My parents have booked a unit here and I think they are making the right decision. Yamuna Expressway and EPR connectivity is actually good in few minutes you will reach the roads for going to many destinations. Also, the Noida international airport will be smoothly accessible.

Excellent place to invest in my opinion. I was happy to book here. Good developer who already has other projects and I liked the location. Sector 22D is a hot one and this is because of close access to Expressway. My office will not be too far once I start living here in the future.
