This location site in Kokapet is nice due to ring road and good last-mile commute options too. Drove around the place and saw the schools and clinics. Convenience store and all are also here. I work in Mindspace and office is also easily accessible from the project site. So, I found it a viable option for investment.
Eye and dental hospital are there in the neighborhood and many schools also. Quick cut to Outer Ring Road for excellent access to many places. Metro line phase II will make it a booming place in the next few years. ORR expansion can also benefit the place down the line.
Excellent project site with only a kilometer distance to the Nehru Outer Ring Road. Very good access to Old Mumbai Highway also. Global Edge School and all are also situated nearby, making it a very friendly and peaceful area.
Was looking for a good investment in Kokapet. The area has developed a lot and all the infrastructure is available here. Went for this project among many others since it is Godrej. They are a big name and I am confident of the quality also. So, let's hope they make it work.
