Had so many doubts at first. It's a big investment right? But went ahead since the location seems very appealing. Metro line is coming up with a station near the project and WEH and JVLR can be accessed along with Malad station. Will be less anxious about parents since Zenith and other hospitals are also nearby.
There are many positive things about this project. First the developer is one of India's top company. Then I will mention how you will have private living experience with only 46 units here. More greenery and private space. Also family will appreciate so many schools nearby like Billabong.
Pricing seems on the higher side for bigger units. At least that's what I feel. The metro line is coming up but no clarity on when competion will be done. I still think airport could be nearer. Now it will take an hour or more in peak traffic. What made me happy was access to Western Express Highway
An upcoming metro station is being built as I found out, quite near to the project. So will be helpful for future generation, now that Mumbai is all about traffic jams and cars. Also I like the project plan they have put up.
Am basically putting a bet on the location of the project. Went for it since pricing seemed right after comparing with other projects in the area. Malad station being near to the project is one big advantage and metro line 2B may also be a good thing in future.
I fear of Malad West peak-hour traffic through SV/Link Road impacting daily commutes.
I love the low density, high sustainability levels, and high-end amenities. I love the location.
Maze gardens and Olympic pool impressed. This project is good mix of play and exercise.
I am interested in this project as an agent for its luxury flats, majestic clubhouse, themed gardens, and floating restaurant. Metro and highway connectivity is a plus.
