It offers mid-to-upper segment apartments with a decent set of lifestyle amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, landscaped parks and kids’ play areas. The community is mature and generally considered family-friendly, with good road connectivity to Delhi, Greater Noida and nearby daily conveniences like markets, schools and hospitals. Residents like the openness, greenery and the fact that basic services (power backup, water supply, security) are available. The atmosphere inside is more settled than in newer projects, which many families appreciate. On the flip side, build quality is mixed — there are repeated mentions of seepage, damp walls and fittings aging faster than expected. Maintenance and response from the management can be patchy, and some common areas/amenities show signs of wear. Parking for visitors is limited and the nearest metro isn’t at walking distance, so last-mile connectivity can be an issue.
