ATS Kinghood Drive Sector 152, Noida

ATS Group launched the ATS Kinghood Drive commercial project in sector 152 on Noida Greater Noida Expressway. ATS Kinghood Drive offers retail shops on the ground floor, 1st Floor & 2nd Floor. ATS Kinghood Drive is also having space for restaurants and high street retail shops and will fulfill the demands of the high street market of sector 150 Noida residents.

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has stayed the formation of the Committee of Creditors (COC) to overtake Anand Divine Developers Private Limited, a subsidiary of Noida-based realty developer ATS group. The Delhi bench of the NCLT has initiated bankruptcy proceedings against Anand Divine Developers pvt ltd, a group company of realty developer ATS over dues of Rs 25 crore.

ATS Homes has filed a writ against Noida Authority, seeking additional time to develop a housing project and block the cancellation of allotment, alleging it has yet to receive 109,723.25 square metres of land in Noida's Sector 152. The authority had initiated cancellation due to the project not being developed within the stipulated timeframe. The court has allowed ATS to proceed with the project, subject to the final outcome of the writ petition.

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) temporarily halted the corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) against ATS Group's luxury project Knightsbridge in Sector 124. The NCLAT instructed that no additional steps should be taken in the insolvency process until the appeals are resolved but allowed construction to continue under the supervision of a retired judge.

ATS Kinghood Drive is a newly launched commercial project by ATS Group in Sector-152, Noida, next to Noida Sports City. The project includes retail shops and business spaces with a blueprint of 3 floors (G+2). The project location is close to Pari Chowk and gives proximity to the Greater Noida Expressway and Yamuna Expressway.

The Supreme Court upheld corporate insolvency proceedings against two real estate companies linked to a stalled commercial project in Greater Noida, dismissing appeals by their former directors. The case was initiated by over 140 allottees who said possession was promised years ago but the project remained incomplete and unusable. The court agreed that financial debt and default were clearly established and ruled that claims of partial completion or limited possession could not block insolvency proceedings already admitted by insolvency tribunals.
