Good society
It’s located in Tathawade, Pune West, and connects to roads like Kalewadi Main Roadeasily, which is definitely a bonus for people who need to get to work in the main city.The rooms are bigger than I had expected (I had several options, but chose the 656 sq. ft.2BHK configuration).
The furniture is mostly wood and faux-wood in lighter tones that makesthe place look cheerful. There are also wide open windows for natural lighting. The environment is too good and refreshing.
I’ve bought a 2BHK apartment at the Pharande, and I’ll admit, I’m very pleasantly surprisedfor a change. I read a couple of brochures before I bought my place, but it’s shocking to findout the development is really that beautiful.
The Pharande also has great security: a guard booth that’s manned the entire day andCCTV surveillance throughout the development. That’s definitely an appreciated changesince my last apartment didn’t really have any security features like that.
The sports facilities are an unexpected feature. I knew there was a gymnasium before Ibought my apartment, but I also found a tennis court, yoga area, table-tennis courts, and aswimming pool. Instead of having to go to a gym before work every morning, I can get myworkout in the gym and have a shower at home. There’s a jogging track too, but I rarely useit. For leisure activities, the Pharande offers a great clubhouse. It’s very quiet, and there isalso a party hall with regular dancing and parties on the weekends.
