You will understand how prime the area is once you go there. I took a drive to the project site and saw how big it is and how close the expressway is there. The new Noida international airport is also not very far, while Gaurs International and all other institution are also accessible. I think it's a good investment from my end.

My family members were all in love with the project. It has a spacious layout and is located on the Expressway itself. So, I am very happy that I could book no before prices start rising. The location is prime and Yamuna City Mall is also accessible, which is our favorite hangout.

Sector 22D is prime zone since the Expressway is only 200 meters approx from the project site. Now, Eastern Peripheral Expressway is also very accessible. That's a major plus.

Was looking for investment opportunity near Yamuna Expressway. This seemed the perfect fit, especially since Purvanchal is a well-known name. Price I think is good for the location which is right off the Expressway. It will help me get good connectivity in the future once project is ready. The proposed plan is like a five-star hotel!
