You will understand how prime the area is once you go there. I took a drive to the project site and saw how big it is and how close the expressway is there. The new Noida international airport is also not very far, while Gaurs International and all other institution are also accessible. I think it's a good investment from my end.

See, the design that they are promising, layout, amenities- everything is just like a star hotel property. So that was a big attraction. Second thing is the area. Sector 22D is prime zone since the Expressway is only 200 meters approx from the project site. Now, Eastern Peripheral Expressway is also very accessible. That's a major plus.
