When I moved to Basaveshwara Nagar, Bangalore, I was confused with the varied choices of apartments in the locality. Judging properly, I decided to call Deccan Royal our home. It has important amenities to fulfil the needs of the residents in one way or another. For our safety, the building offers 24*7 security personnel. We also have power backup and 24*7 water supply. My children spend time in sand pits/ kid?s play areas.

I decided to buy an apartment in Deccan Royal due to its modern designs, excellent construction quality and location advantage. One of the most well-known and environmentally friendly residential neighbourhoods in west Bangalore, Basaveshwara Nagar has grown to be a major hub for real estate because of its easy access to the Peenya Industrial Area, Rajajinagar, Kempegowda Bus Station, and Bangalore City Railway Station. I have no regret buying an apartment in Deccan Royal.

I decided to show interest in Deccan Royal because of its location close to several employment hubs. The renowned Peenya Industrial Area is located 6.9 kilometres away and is reachable via Ring Road. Access to major job centres like ITPL (32 km), Marathahalli (23 km), and Whitefield (26.9 km) is good from Basaveshwara Nagar. There are several tech parks present in the locality, and employment shouldn?t be an issue for the people.

I am a tenant living in Deccan Royal for several months now, and so far, my experience is good. Quite interestingly an upcoming project in Basaveshwara Nagar is the Phase-3 Namma Metro line, which will run from Magadi Road to Kadabagere, passing through Kamakshipalya and KHB Colony. This will improve the condition for residents who need to commute to work on a daily basis. Furthermore, there are markets and banks in the vicinity.
