Deccan Royal Basaveshwara Nagar, Bangalore

There are so many amenities close to the building such as banks, ATMs, hospitals and schools. The location advantage is great.

I am a tenant living in Deccan Royal for several months now, and so far, my experience is good. Quite interestingly an upcoming project in Basaveshwara Nagar is the Phase-3 Namma Metro line, which will run from Magadi Road to Kadabagere, passing through Kamakshipalya and KHB Colony. This will improve the condition for residents who need to commute to work on a daily basis. Furthermore, there are markets and banks in the vicinity.

Deccan Royal has been a good experience for me. I own a 2-BHK apartment in this building, and it offers excellent views, several amenities, modern designs, and everything you can ask for! So far, this building has grabbed the attention of several home-buyers and investors. Because of Basaveshwara Nagar superior social infrastructure, the local real estate market has experienced significant growth. Numerous well-known schools in this region. Overall, it is one of the best.

Access to major job centres like ITPL (32 km), Marathahalli (23 km), and Whitefield (26.9 km) is good from Basaveshwara Nagar. There are several tech parks present in the locality, and employment shouldn?t be an issue for the people.

Deccan Royal is one of the best projects in Basaveshwara Nagar, and nothing can match its excellent location. There are several schools and hospitals for my children such as Carmel High School, VLS International School, and Florence High School, Sardar Patel Pre-University College, and St. Mira High School. Panacea Hospital, Pristine Hospital, Chord Road Hospital, and Dr. M. C. Modi Super Speciality Eye Hospital is a hospital in Basaveshwara Nagar. Overall, I am very happy.

Deccan Royal is an excellent place to live in terms of city connections, business hubs, shopping centres, hotels, schools and hospitals. It is situated strategically near ATMs, and banks. Residents have no trouble staying here as there are several choices for commuting such as public transports, cabs, app-cabs, and so on. However, pollution is a major issue and must be addressed. City, MM Plaza, GinniBag, and Harini Shopping Complex are some important malls.

Deccan Royal is one of the best places I have ever lived in. It has several amenities, facilities, etc. for the residents. Peenya Industrial area, Rajajinagar, Kempegowda Bus Station and Bangalore City Railway Station are some of the important features of this area. Panacea Hospital, Pristine Hospital, Chord Road Hospital, and Dr. M. C. Modi Super Speciality Eye Hospital are the hospitals in Basaveshwara Nagar, meeting the medical needs of the residents.

I bought an apartment in Deccan Royal, and I couldn?t be happier. West Bangalore is home to the luxurious Deccan Royal project. Within a gated enclave, the property offers 2000 square feet of living space. The property offers 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments with top-notch features and first-rate facilities. The apartments have beautiful city views and lots of open space. Situated near key monuments and the city centre, the property enjoys a superb position.
