A good location is a nice area to live family everything close by to this plat supermarket, ATM, hospital, very close by it's a good location and good community.The metro is about just 5 minutes of walking. Also there are lots of food vendors,local shops, restaurants nearby.Also autos and cabs are easily available. There is no pollution at all. The roads are clean and hygienic. Also there are temples nearby.Basavangudi area is the best and no. one posh area in South banglore. It has a great access to public transport. There is no traffic jam in this area because of good traffic police and signal system in this area.One more thing is that there are no schools nearby so again you have to wake up early and another thing which I would like to mention is that there are no hospitals also nearby,which is a big big disappointment.
