This mega-infrastructure project is expected to significantly boost real estate growth in surrounding areas like Suryanagar and Anekal, with land values already reportedly jumping from ₹1,500 to ₹5,000 per sq ft.

Karnataka has launched work on a new international cricket stadium and integrated sports complex in Anekal taluk, near Bannerghatta National Park. The Rs 943-crore project, spread across 75 acres, will feature an 80,000-seat cricket stadium, making it India's second-largest. The complex will also be multi-disciplinary, equipped with advanced training facilities
