With a lake clubhouse, the Hills Clubhouse offers a 25,000 sq ft sanctuary, with an indoor pool, a rec center, and a spa. There is also a library. The place is also good for my children as there is a children's play region. Schools and shopping centers are a lit bit far from this apartment. But it's not a big issue.
