I am satisfied with having bought an apartment near the Indian Institute of Science. In terms of lifestyle, safety, and connectivity, this is one of the best localities I have ever lived in. There are many reputed schools in close vicinity and providing good education to my children has never been a problem for me. The locality comes with many facilities including health, transport, and leisure. The locality is safe as well.

I used to live near the Indian Institute of Science on CV Raman Rd. before I moved to Kolkata. It was indeed a very good locality and fulfilled all the necessities. The neighborhood was safe even during the night and I never had any problem living on my own. I used the metro connectivity for daily commuting to work and the availability of buses, cabs, and autos made transport even more convenient for me.

I live in CV Raman Nagar close to the Indian Institute of Science, and the area is very safe, secure, and calm. It has close connectivity to all the major points of the city as well. The area is clean and traffic conditions have improved significantly over the years. The metro connectivity has made daily commuting easier for the local people. There are many other well-reputed educational institutes around this place.

I have lived near the Indian Institute of Science all my life and the locality has fulfilled all my needs so far. I have good access to banks and ATMs, and the locality has proximity to hospitals, restaurants, shopping malls, and grocery stores. The only complaint I have is that recently there are frequent power cuts. Another major concern is pollution which the authorities need to address immediately.

Having rented a house near the Indian Institute of Science, I am satisfied. I have good access to the necessities such as hospitals, medical stores, groceries, and so on. However, I think the locality needs a well-maintained park for the leisure of the local people and the authorities must pay close attention to this. Furthermore, green parks are important for maintaining greenery and cleanliness. Otherwise, the place is good.
