    This project is great
    Sukhobristi is one of the best projects in Kolkata by Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate. It has lots of amenities in the compound like swimming pool, gymnasium, children’s play area, jogging track, multipurpose room etc. The project has all kinds of safety and security features.

    SPRE projects are well-constructed
    The apartments are fitted with great quality hardware in the kitchen and bathroom. The finishing of each apartment is also great. The kitchen, balcony, toilets etc are fitted with ceramic tiles. There are sliding aluminum large windows. There is proper ventilation in every room with ample of natural air and sunlight.

    SPRE Shukhobrishti is a great project
    Shukhobrishti is a great project by SPRE and is located in a large area of 7.15 acres. The project is not yet completed and holds a lot of potential. The project has spacious 1 BHK apartments with great views. The amenities to be offered here are children’s play area, community hall, closed and open parking, fire fighting systems etc.
