Ihad expected something of this style but it was still a surprise.The location is in Old Panvel in Navi Mumbai which is very fittinggiven it is one of Navi Mumbai’s respected neighborhoods.

Kalpataru Waterfront is meant to be a value for moneydevelopment and it delivers on that promise easily. The roomdesign is excellent and I love the little manicured lawn we getoutside the apartment building itself. The gardens and park areasare my favorites and seem vaguely European in their design.

A good thing about this development is that it has lots ofamenities while also not being congested, which is a rare mixtoday. It’s generally quiet everywhere on the grounds except theParty Hall, where weekend parties are hosted regularly.

There is a spa on the grounds as wellas a cozy clubhouse where you can chat with the other residentsin the evening. One problem is that you should have a car or bikeor scooty since the nearest main road is the Mumbai PuneNational Highway 1.6km away.
