Wanted project with good sports facilities too and KalpataruWaterfront gives that too. There is a spa on the grounds as wellas a cozy clubhouse where you can chat with the other residentsin the evening. One problem is that you should have a car or bikeor scooty since the nearest main road is the Mumbai PuneNational Highway 1.6km away. Read More

Amenities here are good enough for anybody and include both apower supply backup and 24*7 water supply. A security guard isalways present at the gate and there is CCTV camerasurveillance in the development for security purposes.
