The proposed MTHL landing site is located nearby which is the six lane dual carriageway bridge linking Nhava, Sewri and Ulwe West. State and National Highways can be accessed through the important Amra Marg and this links the CBD in Navi Mumbai to the proposed Airport, Jawaharlal Nehru Port and other areas. The proposed international financial service centre will also boost commercial development near the stretch along with the Seawoods-Ulwe link from the Palm Beach Road. A diamond hub will also be developed near Ulwe in the future.Property prices have increased by approximately 3.45% in the area as per Q3 2015 and average prices stand at around INR 6, 215 per sq. ft. here for the same period.
