Navi Mumbai Gears Up for Major Infrastructure Push with ₹16,250 Crore Budget

CIDCO has unveiled an ambitious ₹16,250 crore budget for FY27, signaling a significant infrastructure expansion centered around the Navi Mumbai International Airport. The plan includes developing integrated zones like Aerocity, EduCity, and MediCity to drive economic activity and attract investments.

During Q4'2025, average property prices for Swagat Village moved from ₹ 4,450/sqft to ₹ 6,450/sqft, reflecting a 44.94% rise.

Structural Works reach 76% completion, External Works has reached 64%, Internal finishing stands at 71%, MEP Services including lift and staircases, are now 64% done.

A total of 344 out of 494 launched units have been booked as of August 2024, including 57% of SHOP(30 out of 53 units), 76% of 1 BHK(171 out of 224 units), 57% of 2 BHK(52 out of 91 units), 72% of 1 RK(91 out of 126 units).
