The Panvel-Karjat New Suburban Corridor is nearing completion, The Virar-Dahanu Road Quadrupling Project is progressing fast. A total of 3 residential transactions has been registered so far for Rich Jai Malhar, amounting to ₹ 59 L till August 2026.
