The amenities promised are okay, including power backup, 24-7 security, elevator, CCTV, water supply, and even a café as they are providing in the project layout. The Sinhagad Road and Satara Road are both nearby, within a few minutes. This makes it a viable location for a commercial project in my opinion. City International and Muktangan are among some schools nearby, while some hospitals Lokmanya, Shahade, and more. Connectivity will gradually improve, since it’s a fast-developing location.
